At Backstop we believe we should play at least as hard as we work, and we take our work seriously! When Backstoppers were asked to define our culture, they used words like creative, casual, innovative and relaxed. We're accustomed to providing daily challenges for an intelligent group of people, while ensuring we have a relaxed atmosphere to work in. No two days are ever the same at Backstop.

Events and Outings

One of the main reasons Backstop continues to provide the leading software for alternative asset managers is the incredible quality of its employees. We know the key to our success is teamwork. As an appreciation to our employees, we hold quarterly company outings filled with games, fun, and food. Whether we go on a scavenger hunt through downtown Chicago or spend the afternoon playing Whirlyball, we like to make sure our team has fun, in and outside of work.
